The customer selected a beautiful 3.5 carat diamond and we designed a half bezel drop custom 18kt gold pendant.  The chain she choose is an Italian made, 18kt yellow gold heavy chain.  This is a jaw dropping pendant, and it goes with jeans to  an evening gown.
